Shipping, Refunds & Retuns
SHIPPING
Orders over $100 are eligible to receive free shipping within Australia. Orders will be sent with either Australia Post or Fastway Couriers / Sendle (TBC). Orders under $100 will be a charged a shipping fee of $9.90 + GST. Express shipping will be charged at $15.50 + GST.
All orders will be packed within two working days of your order being placed. You should expect to receive your order within Australia Post delivery time frames. Please note that delivery to more remote regional areas may take a little longer.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
At Indigo Co Lifestyle Medicines we stand behind the products we sell and hope that you are more than satisfied with your goods.
All products intended for consumption or external therapies are non-refundable.
That said, if you have received faulty stock or an error with your order, we will humbly accept your return or exchange. Please email your return request to hello@indigocolife.com within 48 hours of receiving your goods with photo evidence for verification.
We understand it can be frustrating when this happens, and we thank you for your patience and support.
Please note that due to the nature of home compostable packaging, Food of Origin we cannot guarantee the product is 100% air-tight, which is why we make products in small batches to ensure maximum freshness while being kind to the environment. Please refer to the expiry date for guidance. Teas and broth enhancers can be stored in an airtight container at home.
CHANGE OF MIND
Being a small operator doing big things, we do not offer change of mind returns due to the shear burden of administration. We would prefer to invest our efforts into providing superior service and products to help as many people as possible. Please make your purchase carefully.
However, don’t let your beautiful products go to waste, our products make for thoughtful gifts.
Products associated with your Indigo Chinese Medicine treat and inability to comply is also ineligible for returns unless faulty. Your treatment plan has been discussed and agreed upon at the time of your appointment. This includes herbal medicines, food based products and external treatments.
IN STORE PURCHASES
At this time, we cannot accept returns from any instore purchases from our stockists. Please use this Refunds & Returns guide for online orders only.
If you have purchased from a store and are unhappy with your product, please refer to their returns policy. From there, we will work with the store to ensure all parties are satisfied with the outcome.
CHANGES TO THIS RETURNS POLICY
Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, Indigo Co Lifestyle Medicines reserves the rights to amend this Refunds & Returns Policy at any given time.
