Cosmetic Acupuncture

Due to COVID-19 we have had to suspend our Facial Acupuncture Pop-Ups.

All going well, we will delighted to welcome back to Albury Dr Hannah Watson in 2021 delivering her divine Cosmetic Acupuncture treatments to The Border region.

The result is glowing, plumped skin, with zero down-time. Referred to as ‘natural-Botox’ this is your natural answer to ridding fine lines.

Clients can expect to see lines shorten, soften and diminish, for the skin to appear smooth, open and radiant, congested, acne-prone skin to clarify, for muscles toning and gentle lift.

We will be working closely with Dr Hannah to secure upcoming dates in 2021.

Movement Workshops.

We have had the pleasure to be collaborating with the delightful Sally from Self Pilates + Wellness in our sumptuous 2 hour Yin+Pin experiences. Bu don't get too excited just yet. With the restrictions in place we've had to halt any plans for more sessions this year.

And come spring when we have more reliable weather, we will be hosting a regular and free weekly Qi Gong class on Gateway Island. You don’t have to be a master meditator or flexible yogi to attend our classes. Qi Gong is in the words of Katie Brindle “quite simply, the ultimate self-healing technique, a way you can learn to manipulate Qi around the body…for good health we are always looking for our Qi to flow as freely as possilble and Qi Gong achieves this”

Cooking classes.

Diet therapy is our number one passion. Over the course of the year we aim to run cooking classes and other collaborative ventures to help spread the joy that is food medicine from our unique way of looking at dietetics. Here’s a snapshot of what we have done:

• Teamed up with Meraki Produce to create an incredible menu item - Congee! Congee will be popping up from time to time. Follow their instagram @merakiproduce to keep updated.

• Partnered with Pizzini Wines for a Chinese new year cooking class and dinner.
